emails, interactive sessions and our network of websites and related web pages

unless any of the foregoing websites specifically indicates therein that it is

we share that information and (d) How You can choose to opt out of some of these
practices.
Consent
By visiting our Site, You are consenting to the information collection, use
and sharing practices described in this Privacy Policy, as modified from time
to time by us. In order to access certain portions of the Web Site You will
be required to register by providing certain information regarding You and the
company You represent. If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post
a revised statement on our Site and change the date at the top of the statement.
Therefore, we encourage You to check the date of our Privacy Policy whenever
You visit this Site for any updates or changes.
What this Privacy Policy Does NOT Address
This Privacy Policy does not address the data management practices and polices
of and information usage policies of other members of the ISVmarketplace network
of web properties.
What personal information do we collect on the Site
and why?
We collect several types of information on our Site including "Personal
Information," which generally is information that can be used to identify
You individually, such as Your email address, phone number and/or physical address.
The following is a more detailed explanation of these types of information,
as well as when and how we use it.
Contact Information
We may collect information that identifies You personally, such as Your name,
e-mail address, and phone number when You submit a form, such as, but not limited
to, a request for information, a request for a White Paper, or to register as
a member or subscriber for the Site. We collect additional information if You
choose to submit it, including Your title and place of employment, business
telephone number, mailing and facsimile address, as well as the contents of
Your questions and/or comments submitted along with this information. In general,
we may use this information to respond to Your inquiry, request Your participation
in a survey, contact You about products or partner offerings that may be of
interest to You and share or otherwise disclose such information as part of

Questionnaires and Profiles
ISVm collects a wide variety of information which is used to execute the necessary
matching between the profiles of members and subscribers of our services in
order to improve the chance of a successful match. Except as explicitly provided
herein, none of the personally identifiable information collected by ISVm as
part of the intake questionnaire used by the various engines or personal profile
is made accessible to the general public other than information disclosed in
ISVm directories. All information is held confidential and can be deleted or
modified by the user at anytime. Information collected during the intake questionnaire
which may be shared with other users of ISVm will be displayed according to
the required functionality of the Site and will only be shown to potential match
candidates. Non-subscribing visitors to ISVm are not allowed access to this
information in any way.
By using ISVm services, you agree to allow us to use the information from you
and your company through the ISVm network.
IP Addresses
Each visitor to the Site is identified by an IP address during their visit and
IP addresses are automatically captured by the Site management software. ISVm
uses this information to help improve the operation of the Site and may at some
time use this information to help adjust the content of the Site to the general
geographic location of the visitor and for reporting purposes.
Cookies
ISVm uses small files called "cookies" to improve the quality of a
visitor's or user’s interaction with the Site, to recognize You and Your
access privileges on our Site, to enable a shopping cart feature, and facilitate
other advanced features. If You have set Your browser to reject cookies, some
features of the Site may not work properly.
Bulletin Boards/Chat Rooms
If you use a bulletin board or chat room on the Site, you should be aware that
any personally identifiable information you submit there can be read, collected,
or used by other users of these forums, and could be used to send you unsolicited
messages. ISVm is not responsible for the personally identifiable information
you choose to submit in these forums.
Information Supplied by You at Registration
ISVm offers a subscriber-based service to help connect IT buyers and IT sellers
worldwide, as well as offering products related to enhance the business of members
and subscribers. In order to use many features of the Site, to access special
offers and to participate in interactive sessions, You will be asked to complete
a registration form. During registration, You are required to provide contact
information, for You and the company You represent as well as business information
about the company You represent. To process subscriptions and/or product purchases,
we may require your name, billing address, phone number, email address, shipping
address and credit card information. Information gathered during these processes
is used to process your order as otherwise described herein. ISVm may use this
contact information to confirm your identity, position, or relationship to the
particular enterprise of company.
Contact and profiled information provided by You is also used to perform potential
match identified by the ISVm ProMatch engine based on Your information, Your
matching criteria and profile. If you have started, but not completed, the registration
process, we may also send you email messages requesting that you complete the
registration process and become a subscriber. All of the email messages we send
you may contain code that enables our database to track your usage of the emails,
including whether the email was opened and/or what links (if any) were clicked.
If you would rather not receive emails about new products, promotions or other
noteworthy news, please see the section below labeled "Marketing and Opt-Out".
Demographic and profile data is also collected at our Site. We use this data
to tailor our visitor's experience at our Site, showing them content that we
think they might be interested in, and displaying the content according to their
preferences. Some of this information (i.e., customer demographic information)
may be shared with advertisers on an aggregate or anonymous basis.
When becoming an ISVm member or subscriber, advertisements, promotions and offers
from third-party advertisers may be provided to You. If You choose to accept
any such offers, ISVm will provide Your information to the advertiser by pre-populating
the necessary registration forms which may include Your billing information.
Your information will not be transferred until you actually accept the offer.
You may decline the offer at any time up until this point. Please refer to the
third-party advertisers own privacy policy (provided on the offer pages) if
you have any questions regarding how Your information is used.
Information sharing or disclosure practices.
ISVm may share any of Your information to third parties with other business
partners for marketing and other business purposes unless you choose not to
have Your information shared with other businesses for these purposes, at any
time, by checking the appropriate opt-out box in Your member profile. The personal
information You provide to the Site may be accessed by (a) third parties who
help ISVm operate the Site, help ISVm process transactions, provide the services
requested by You, or contribute to ISVm sales and marketing efforts; and (b)
law enforcement and other government entities if reasonably required.
We may also occasionally share aggregated information about you and our other
visitors with third parties. This information does not contain any personal
information and is used to develop featured programs, content, and services
that we hope will be of interest to you and our other members and users.
Using Information from ISVm
The Site enable you to share business, personal and other information in order
to assess whether or not You will complete transaction, assess the product and
service offerings of other ISVm members as well as for other purposes. We encourage
you to disclose your privacy practices and respect the privacy of other members.
We cannot guarantee the privacy or security of your information and therefore
we encourage you to evaluate the privacy and security policies of other ISVm
member before entering into a transaction or choosing to share Your information.
You agree to use user information only for purposes that a member expressly
chooses and not unsolicited commercial messages.

This Site may contain links to other websites. Please be aware that ISVm is
not responsible for the privacy practices of such other websites except for
those websites operated by ISVm. We encourage our users to be aware when they
leave our Sites and to read the privacy policies of each and every website that
collects personally identifiable information. This Privacy Policy applies solely
to information collected by this Site.
Marketing and Opt-Out
You may opt-out of receiving marketing communications from ISV by sending an
email to . ____________________. In addition, each email, marketing communication
includes instructions on how to unsubscribe.
Security
ISVm follows generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information
submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method
of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100%
secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means
to protect Your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Business Transitions
In the event ISVm goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition
by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, Your personally
identifiable information will likely be among the assets transferred. You will
be notified via a prominent notice on our Site for 30 days of any such change
in ownership or control of your personal information
